简历:

    分别于1998年和2001年获得南京理工大学学士和硕士学位,2004获得南京大学环境科学博士学位,2006年至2008年法国国家科学研究中心(CNRS)海洋生物研究所Station Biologique de Roscoff从事博士后研究,现担任湖泊生物与生态研究室副主任。合肥市巢湖综合治理专家咨询委员会委员,中国藻类学会理事,国际湖沼学会会员,《湖泊科学》编委。 

    主要从事浮游藻类生态学方向的研究。围绕湖泊蓝藻水华控制重大国家需求蓝藻水华发生和防控机制,为巢湖、太湖蓝藻水华的形势分析、预测和防控提供科技支撑,参与多个湖库的生态环境问题诊断和治理工作。聚焦国际前沿,揭示了湖泊超微型浮游藻类群落结构组成和生态学特征,创建了流式细胞分选和高通量测序联用高效研究超微藻群落结构的新方法,揭示了不同营养水平湖泊中超微藻类群组成以及驱动因子;并分离鉴定了20余株纯淡水超微藻藻株,填补了国内外藻种库中淡水超微藻的空白;基于纯藻株的全基因组和宏转录组研究揭示了超微真核藻适应富营养和低光照环境的分子生态学机制。“十三五”水专项“巢湖富营养化中长期治理方案和藻类水华全过程控制”课题副组长和技术负责人。共主持了5项国家自然科学基金,1“973”子课题,2项巢湖水专项子课题。共发表论文100余篇,其中包括Environmental Microbiology, FEMS Microbial Ecology, Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, Sciences of Total Environments, ChemosphereEnvironmental PollutionJournal of Phytoplankton Research等本学科的国际重要期刊。授权发明专利5项。2017年获得江苏省科学技术二等奖。
