简历:

汤祥明,男,1976年生,安徽繁昌人。2006年毕业于南京师范大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业,获理学硕士学位。2009年毕业于中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所自然地理学专业,获理学博士学位。同年留所工作,历任助理研究员、副研究员。曾获江苏省2010年度百篇优秀博士论文奖“2013年江苏省科技进步二等奖(排名第7)、“2018年环境保护科学技术一等奖(排名第10)及“2019年环境保护科学技术二等奖(排名第2)等。20153~20163月获国家留学基金委资助赴美国田纳西大学微生物学系进行访问学者研究工作。美国海洋与湖沼学会会员、美国微生物学会会员。  

主持及参与国家自然科学基金、科技部973子课题、国家水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金委国际合作与交流项目、环保部公益性项目、江苏省自然科学基金等10余个课题的研究工作。主要研究兴趣为富营养化湖泊中蓝藻水华异养细菌营养盐循环过程中的微生物学机制,湖泊咸化过程中的微生物响应,以及水域微生物时空格局及驱动机制。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目湖泊有机聚集体附着微生物群落特征及构建机制2020-2023)。 

目前已发表专著3部、论文100余篇,其中SCI收录的论文70余篇,包括Limnology and Oceanography, PNAS, Environmental Science & Technology, Applied and Environmental Microbiology, Microbial Ecology等湖沼学与微生物生态学领域知名期刊论文。
